PAGE 20 Apartment Hotel on New Arbat represents an era of technological advances and architectural experimentation. We were inspired by this aesthetic and filled the apartments with original vintage furniture, including designer Alky armchairs by Giancarlo Piretti and Tulip chairs by Eero Saarinen. Each interior element, carefully selected by designer Yulia Gamidova, reflects the elegant simplicity of mid-20th century modernism.

Outstanding Russian object designers and artists are represented in the interiors of PAGE 20, adding unique accents – author’s paintings, vintage posters and art objects, making each apartment unique. Our hotel offers guests space for work and relaxation, panoramic windows with fantastic views of the city, a kitchen with a collection of exquisite ‘Imperial Porcelain’ brand crockery and all kinds of utensils, Bluetooth audio systems and sports equipment. All this creates an atmosphere of coziness and convenience for a comfortable stay.

01.Does the hotel have a car park?

City car parks are available in the immediate area around the hotel. City day/night rates apply. In addition there are individual parking spaces with daily car parking space rental.

02.How is the safety of the hotel guests ensured?

Fire protection systems are installed throughout the hotel, furniture upholstery and textiles on the windows are made of non-combustible materials, windows in the hotel are opened only for ventilation, video surveillance systems are installed in common areas, the reception area is equipped with a panic button.

03.Do you organise airport transfers?

We provide a transfer service. Please apply for the service in advance.

04.What are the reception opening hours at your aparthotel?

The reception is open 24/7.

05.Do you have the possibility to leave your luggage before check-in/check-out?

Our aparthotel has a luggage room. You can leave your luggage for storage. The service is available 24 hours a day.

06.Are pets allowed?

We are happy to provide a comfortable stay for your pet, if its weight is not more than 5kg. If necessary, we provide a bed and a set of bowls. The cost of accommodation - 2000 rubles per day, and 10000 rubles (one-time payment) - payment for dry cleaning of the room. The service requires prior agreement with the administration.

07.Do you have smoking rooms in your apart-hotel?

According to the requirements of the Federal Law of 23.02.2013 № 15-FZ ‘On protection of citizens’ health from the effects of environmental tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption’, smoking in rooms, on balconies and in public places is strictly prohibited. The rooms in our aparthotel are non-smoking.
