Never go hungry – grab a snack from our meticulously curated welcome package, including snacks, tea, coffee, and some spices. We proudly support local artisans and want to offer you the best selection. Whenever possible, the items in our welcome packages are produced by small Moscow-based companies.

The hotel’s underground parking facility is off-site within 3 minutes walking distance. Please contact our guest services to book a parking spot. Additionally, there is a metered parking on New Arbat street, Serebryany lane, and adjacent streets (8 am to 12 pm – 400 roubles per hour, 12 pm to 8 am – 200 roubles per hour).

Pick-up and drop-off are only permitted for 10 seconds on New Arbat street. Please let us know your estimated arrival or departure time, and we will gladly assist you with your luggage.

We want your stay with children to be as convenient as possible. On request, we will provide for free: a crib, a feeding chair, a set of dishes, a robe, and slippers, an apron, a baby set with shampoo and shower gel, a pot, a step stand, coloring books, and pencils.

If you need to receive a Russian travel visa, you have to get an invitation letter. We provide invitation letters for all our guests. Please, follow this link and fill in the form (opens in a new tab). You will receive the invitation letter via E-mail after proceeding with the payment. If necessary, you can order the original to be sent by fax or by post. The price of an invitation letter is 2000 RUB per traveler.
